Privacy Policy
Uxiel Isle is a single-player settlement simulation published by Lucas Mercer. You run the harvests, trade and taxes. We don't take a cut of your personal information.

The short version
Uxiel Isle runs entirely on your device. It does not ask you to create an account, it does not include third-party analytics or advertising tools, and the publisher does not receive your gameplay or personal data. Your settlement and its population, granaries, trade deals and tax rates live in local storage on your phone or tablet.
What stays on your device
To let you continue where you left off, the app saves the following to your device's private app storage:
- Your settlement's state: buildings, citizens, food stores, resources and treasury
- Trade routes, prices and history with neighbouring islands
- Tax settings, season and year progress, and in-game events
- Preferences such as sound, music and display options
This data is not sent to us. It is only used to run the game on your device.
What we do not collect
We do not collect, store or process your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise or approximate location, photos, device identifiers, advertising IDs, browsing activity or payment details. We do not build profiles, sell data or share data with data brokers.
If you email us for support, we receive only what you choose to send. We use it only to answer you, and we delete it once it's no longer needed for that conversation.
Device permissions
Uxiel Isle does not need access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location or photo library. If your operating system shows a general permission (for example, storage access on older Android versions), it is used only to save your game locally.
App stores and platform services
You download Uxiel Isle through an app store such as the Apple App Store or Google Play. If the app offers any optional purchase, the store processes it, and we never see your card details. The store operator may collect information under its own privacy policy, for example download statistics or crash reports you have agreed to share with the platform. We do not control that processing. Please check Apple's or Google's privacy terms.
Your device's own backup service (such as iCloud or Google backup) may include the app's save files if you have enabled it. That backup is governed by your platform provider.
Children's privacy
The game does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age where you live). Since no personal data leaves the device, there is nothing for us to hold. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices and deletion
You fully control your data. To erase your settlement and settings, use any in-game reset option, clear the app's data in your device settings, or uninstall the app. Deleting the app permanently removes its local save. We cannot restore it because we never had a copy.
Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or CCPA), you have rights to access, correct or delete personal data. Because we hold none from the app, those requests usually only concern any support emails you have sent us.
Changes and contact
If a future version changes how data is handled, for example by adding an optional cloud save, we will update this policy and its effective date before that change ships. Significant changes will also be mentioned in the update notes.
